Our journey began 25 years ago. In the beginning we tackled small scale home repairs, and since then have progressed into delivering bespoke, full-scale renovations from the ground up. We at Listeco have established ourselves over the years as a trusted provider of specialty building solutions, and pride ourselves on quality customer service. 

Our office is based in Dunmow, Essex and we work mostly anywhere within the M25. We also cover the whole of East Anglia and have ventured as far as Toulouse and Cheshire at client’s requests.

Listeco undertake a wide range of construction activities within the Commercial, Industrial and Domestic sectors. We have an excellent track record of providing a tailored mix of design, construction and project management, all delivered to our clients’ specific requirements.

The Listeco team are versatile in their role and have extensive experience working as both principal contractors and sub contractors. We can manage the entire project cycle, including full liaison with designers, end users and the design team. We are proficient in all forms of tendering and procurement routes and have a working knowledge of all standard forms of contract; including, NEC, and JCT
